📜 GYM RULES
🚫 DO NOT let anyone into the gym unless you know them! If you see someone who shouldn’t be there, call The Team immediately at 📞 07432 204386.
📸 Profile Picture Required! When joining the gym, ensure you upload a clear profile picture on your app. This helps us verify your identity and prevent misuse of membership numbers.
💪 Weights Must Be Returned! After use, return all plates, dumbbells, and equipment to their designated areas. Respect the space!
🧼 Clean As You Go! Wipe down all equipment after use using the cleaning stations provided. A clean gym is a happy gym! ✨
⚠️ Use Equipment Properly! Incorrect use can cause injury or damage. If unsure, ask a staff member or request a fresh induction via
text 📲 07432 204386.
📺 TV & Alexa Use – Feel free to use them, but keep the volume at a reasonable level 🎶. No offensive music! If you’re the last one in the club, please turn them off before leaving.
🏃♂️ CLASS RULES
📲 Booking Required! All classes must be booked via the app.
⏳ Book in Advance! This helps avoid unnecessary cancellations and ensures the class goes ahead.
👥 Minimum Attendance – Classes will only run if there are at least 2 attendees.
📅 Schedule Changes – Classes may be cancelled or rescheduled due to staff illness or unforeseen circumstances. Stay updated via the app!
❌ Cancellation Policy
We hope you love training with us! But if you need to cancel your membership, please follow these steps:
📅 Provide at least 7 days' notice before your Direct Debit or Cash Collection date. Example: If your payment is due on the 27th, you must cancel by the 20th of the month. Otherwise, your membership will continue for the next month, and payment will be required.
· Failure to cancel or any default on plans will incur a re-joining fee and monthly rolling contract only if another plan is taken out
